Data & ownership
Data and ownership.
Four questions about the records you build in the system, answered plainly.
Who owns the farmer records?
You do. The farmers you register, the plots your agents map, the deliveries you buy — that is your commercial asset and it stays yours. We hold it so the system can check your compliance against it. We do not trade it, and we do not use it to introduce anyone to your farmers.
Who can see them?
Nobody but you, unless you publish. Other members cannot see your records, your buyers, or who you buy from. When you publish a shipment, your buyer sees exactly what that shipment contains and nothing beyond it.
What happens if you leave?
You export them. Your farmer list, plots, deliveries and trading record leave with you in a format you can open and re-use. Export is available at any time, not only on departure.
What can a farmer ask to have erased?

The farmer erasure position
PLAN.md §6.6 requires an answer on what a farmer can ask to have erased. That is a data-protection position rather than copy, and inventing a retention policy on a page people will hold you to would be worse than leaving it open.
Blocked — PLAN.md §6.6
The records stay yours.
Farmers, plots, deliveries and trading history are exportable at any time, including if you leave.
